Acoustic Emission Acquisition and Processing Board
We produce two kinds of AE acquisition and processing boards, standard 4-channel AE board and EX-parameter
4-channel AE board. Both AE boards are compatible with SEAU3H chassis. And different combinations of AE board
can be selected to meet different requirements.
Standard 4-channel AE board
adopts the design of 4 channels per board. Each channel has an independent ADC of 10M/S and 16bit,
high-speed FPGA chip signal processing, and 1Gb independent cache card to ensure no data loss.
Unique hardware real-time digital filter, freely control the signal width.

EX-parameter 4-channel AE board
has one more external parameter acquisition channel than the standard 4-channel AE board,
and the interface is a 16-pin LEMO port, which can acquire the external ±10V voltage signal
and acoustic emission signal synchronously. If this board is selected, it needs to occupy the board
slot before the standard 4-channel AE board, and it needs to be used with EX-PARA box.
